Dr. Kenlyn S. Miller, M.D.

Dr. Miller graduated from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Miller joined the practice in 2001. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Miller specializes in cataract and oculoplastic surgical procedures.

Dr. R. Andrew Seefried, M.D.

Dr. Seefried graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Seefried joined the practice in 2005. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology Dr. Seefried specializes in cataract, refractive, and pediatric surgical procedures.

Dr. Christopher J. Eller, M.D.

Dr. Eller graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Eller practices general ophthalmology with emphasis on cataracts and macular degeneration.

Dr. Michael C. Radoiu, O.D.

Dr. Radoiu obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at Ferris State University. Dr.Radoiu joined the practice in 2002. He is a Fellow and Diplomate of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Radoiu served from seven years on active duty in the United States Navy and is currently a Captain in the Navy Reserves.

Dr. Casey Winpigler, O.D.

Dr. Winpigler obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, majoring in biology with a pre-health emphasis and minoring in chemistry at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. She is a lifetime member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern California College of Optometry in 2009. During her optometric training, she traveled with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity providing eye care in El Salvador. Dr. Winpigler enjoys all aspects of her profession. Dr. Winpigler joined the practice in 2020.

Dr. Anthony Zarella, O.D., M.S.

Dr. Zarella is a native of Manassas, Virginia. He pursued a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Health Sciences at James Madison University, where he met his wife, Lauren. Together, they’re busy raising three wonderful young women and look forward to the possibility of expanding their family in the future. Dr. Zarella attended the State University of New York College of Optometry, where he obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree and a Master of Science in Vision Science in 2014. He continued his education through Omni Eye Services of New Jersey, completing his Residency in Ocular Disease in 2015. Dr. Zarella has served his profession as the President of the Shenandoah Valley Optometric Society since May 2019, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Virginia Optometric Association.

Dr. Tara McGehee, M.D.

Dr. McGehee earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience at UVA. She spent a year doing full-time research at the National Institutes of Health before pursuing her medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia, now known as Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond. Dr. McGehee interned at VCU Health System before completing her residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was selected as chief resident during her final year. She then pursued a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the University of Iowa and joined the UVA faculty in 2018. She specializes in diseases of the cornea and external eye, including dry eye disease, cataracts, corneal diseases, such as keratoconus, and corneal ulcers. She also performs various procedures, including cataract surgery, implantation of specialty lens implants, corneal transplants, and repair of the eye after trauma.
